Hoy compartimos una página de scrapbooking que hice a principios de nuestra mudanza aquí a la isla, sobre una foto muy muy especial, de un logro que hace tiempo estábamos esperando :) :
Today we share a scrapbooking layout that I did at the beginning of our residency here on the island, about a very very special picture of an achivenment that we were waiting for quite a long time :) :
Perdonen la calidad de las fotos, estamos trabajando en mejorarla / Please excuse the quality of the photos, we are really working on it.
Materiales: plantilla de letras, tubo de papel, fotos grandes, papel estampado, tag decorado, letras adhesivas, pegatinas de estrellas, boli de gel blanco, washi tape, pintura acrílica.
Cuando terminé la página, me la encontré muy recargada; de verdad que cada vez me gusta un fondo con plantilla estilo mixed-media, y luego sencillez de cara a la decoración y complementos. Aunque no está mal hacer algo recargado de vez en cuando, eso sí, si el diseño y los colores van a tono... definitivamente, no me gustaron las letras multicolor :).
Materials: letter stencil, paper tube, acrylic paint, white gel pen, patterned paper, embellished tag, thickers, star stickers, washi tape, big pictures.
When I finished the LO, I found it too heavy, with lots of things going on; the truth is that each time I´m liking better the LOs with a fun and sometimes mixed-media background, and then simplicity when it comes to embellishments and other stuff. Although, sometimes is ok to do a heavy LO, of course, if the design and colors are a like... definitely, I didn´t like the multicolor letters :).
